Ellsbury Still a Red Sox

Jacoby Ellsbury is not leaving the Red Sox. Obviously I would have been happy to see Santana come over and pitch for the Sox but I am really, really happy that they won’t lose Ellsbury. I think that he will be a strong piece of the Red Sox team for many years to come and I think that the Sox still have plenty of pitching to get another Division win and maybe another World Series. I am also glad that Santana didn’t go to the Yankees and is no longer in the AL. Even though it is bad news for the Astros I am kind of excited to see him pitch when he comes to Houston. A good 1-0 win for Roy Oswalt v. Santan would be a nice thing to see.
